This could benefit from a little USM. The texture on the background is a bit distracting. Great pose on the models though. Despite my other comments, nice crop and composition.

I like the soft focus - makes the bears seem even softer. I think a dark, even black background would work better - make the bear stand out. And as this is a "yellow" competition you could play wioth hue or saturation to make the bears a bit more yellow.

Your focus seems a bit soft to me, personally.
