My first thought on viewing this photo is "What is it saying" perhaps a translation in the title would help those of us not bi-lingual. Second thought is I like the subject matter, especially the contrast between the bright sign and the dark background, however what are those things in the lower front corners (trees?) they are a little distracting, the lower part of the building is fine, just those mystery objects.....the only other thing that I'd fix (perhaps by cloning in PS) is the mystery spots i.e. the one over the third light from the upper left, and the one to the left of the bottom left light not sure what caused these, spots on your lense perhaps, rain ?? Also a little haloing around the lights, but I'm not sure thats avoidable with your equipment (I'm sure someone else will know...) Keep shooting, and remember to HAVE FUN!
