I just noticed that the shutter speed was 1/2500!
My 2 cents. A few years ago when I was playing around with panning I found that it can be hard to achieve a shallow depth of field and a long enough exposure time to capture noticeable panning unless you add a neutral density filter. Then again, when you are panning depth of field may not be much of an issue since much of the image will be fairly blurred.

to me, it is not a panning but a speed shot with great bokeh as I do not see the bird way behind showing up as moving. indeed a nice capture! |

Lovely capture, but I don't see much evidence of camera panning! It feels more like a short exposure with a shallow depth of field ... and perhaps just a tiny bit of panning! |
