Relies on the title to tell the story. Why rotated 90 degrees? I don't get it.

imo a bit dark in the photo and the subject. I feel like there is a story that you are trying to tell but I am just not really getting it other than it looks like a mom/grandma who has been murdered or by the positioning committed suicide.
