__When beers weigh down your eyes
__And Mother Nature ca..alls ...

MIDNIGHT-IN-THE-DORM
(serves one approximately 30 times)

Ingredients:
Peanut butter (large jar)

Equipment:
Spoon (preferably long-handled)

Preparation time:
15-60 seconds*

-Open a jar of your favorite peanut butter
-Use your spoon to slowly eat 1-4 spoonfuls
-Re-cap the jar

This staple of all-night cramming sessions has provided reliable and inexpensive sustenance for students for decades. Stable at room temperature and requiring no cooking facilities, it provides significant amounts of protein, carbohydrate, fiber, and "good" oils in each moderate serving, and it is easily concealed from nosy roommates and school authorities.

*Note: If using "natural" peanut butter a few seconds stirring may be required to re-emulsify any separated oil before consuming.
