 This tower with a circular staircase to the beach was built in the 30's by the owner of one of the homes on the cliff.

I'm kind of surprised that this hasn't routinely turned up in challenges (after a search, I can't find ANY pictures of it on DPC), as it is near a major city where multiple DPC members live. I found out about it through a youtube channel from a couple who live in the LA area and explore various oddities in the region. They always include some interesting history and directions to find the place.Oddity Odysseys. I want to find someone who has a similar channel covering other parts of the country.
