Nice abstarct. Optical effect works. My main comment is just the background is supposed to be black: one, it hides the shadow, and two, it creates depth.

Like the angle of the shot. Well done. Is there a scheme to the color arrangements of the other one?. Nice focus. Wouldn't have hurt it to be a little ighter, but didn't hurt it not to be either.
This is one of my favourites in this challenge! I love the abstract feeling of it, those yellow straws just want to throw me off the right side of the photo but the vertical straws brake that somehow. Good photo, I love it!
