| My only 10, this charged (no pun intended -- really) image is a communion between dimensions, a mysterious ritual highlighted by the central black stripe. The composition is nuanced and cunning, vertical thirds, each of which offers an aspect of this moment in time. In a further stroke the bottom third serves as a unifying anchor. We can't know what she sees as she looks outside the mirror. It's quiet and concentrated. It's beautifully balanced in tone and emotion. So much more than satisfying, it's a stunning triumph. |
