thank you so much for the comments! nearly all my squares are shot in square mode with the little coolpix; all processing done in Irfanview, using only global play with very few parameters; generally I play until I find something "at all" interesting. Irfanview does not track operations, but here, yes, I did an inversion; deteriorations caused by wild swings of parameters. someday I hope to change "at all" to "more than;" it would help the housecleaning...

My thoughts exactly. Very cool. I like the uninverted original almost as well.

I love the colors and the movement in the waves. It reminds me a Japanese print.

Joyful scene and stunning at first view. But, alas, I mind a lot the treatment and pp of the upper part

I envy your facility with inversions - this feels Turneresque

Fascinating layers and much turmoil here.

Love the layers and the moodiness, thanks.

This seascape fills the square frame beautifully. I'm a bit of a purist so the painterly effect doesn't work for me. I do see a little Seurat in the sky and Monet in the water.

Definately painterly with a touch of IR? However it was done I'm liking the flow :)

Eerie. A post apocalypse seascape, full of oil-spills and nuclear winter.
