That's it Marion. He did it!
I see some halos around the bird that appear with the high structure. You could reduce the opacity or just go around and erase the contour. But interestingly enough, because of the broken glass, the halos are not too disruptive.
This is not film noir yet, but has a good story. If you turn the white at the top of the car into black and add some discreet vignette the story can become more frightening

I do think the b&w treatments, either one, have an edge on the color version - but I think crows lend themselves very well to b&w generally :) |
