Wonderfully direct gaze emerging from the peripheral blur. I like the unexpected pairing of the cat and the plate, linked however by the blue toning. The shadows are neat, taking blur to the next level. I also like the composition, the balance between cat and plate and the shape of negative space. The speckling in the middle is a bit distracting.
awww - you sure hit the sweet spot on this one! Square comp is balanced well with the cat on the left and that plate peeking in from the right. Love how you processed this too, with the toning and grain - what filter did you use, may I ask?
