Immune to rodent body-shaming, this lass is wisely- and well-prepared for winter. I like the inclusion of the sunflower seeds and shells at her feet. With the orange leaf to her right she seems to be offering up her heart. A cute, nicely timed image. |

Maybe it's the pose . . . or the lens (compression, you know) . . . or the angle. Or maybe he's just fat. Cute critter. I like them but then I don't have bird feeders. |

Everyone has commented on the fat squirrel, which is what struck me too, and I am no expert on squirrels. He looks sweet and cuddly but he's probably about as cuddly as a possum, ha ha. |
