She is certainly one regal-looking dog. I like Lensbaby shots, I have an original Lensbaby that I have lost all the aperture discs for. No matter, it's wide open or nothing for me anyway. I used to be fanatical about Lensbaby. I probably will be again now. Thank you. |

this combination of sharpness and focus is absurd and funny, like an animation |

Interesting use of the sweet spot. It looks like Skye is rising from the mist. |

This is to sight what petting collies and shelties is to touch. Lovely. I think I prefer the first one, but this is very nice, too. |

With the tilt I fall into this image. Reminds me of a collie we had when I was a boy. Interesting how there appears to be more noise around the edges than in the center. Sort of a noise bokeh effect. |

Lovely! both dog and photo. I'll have to get my lensbaby out. ( My husband is getting puppy clucky and I may have to let him have his way.) |

Dogs galore! This lens and pose yield an interesting confusion of information that puts his (so I believe) focused eye of the mass of fur in the center, like that of a hurricane. It's not hard to figure out, but it does engage the imagination. The out of focus areas are less bokeh than diffusion through a sheer fabric, which brings consistency to the effect. It does work well in portraying Skye's lassietude. Your affection comes through in this endearing image. |
