great positioning of that leading wall in the composition - the variety of directions of all the walls in the frame give this image a lot of energy and interest
Of course the boat is the visual focus, yet it feels like a maraschino cherry atop a magnificent composition. Not a distraction but a delicious morsel. Because of the common tonality of the stonework you have to work a bit to discern, unravel and lounge in the composition. Sparkling clarity. Hell of a photograph.
