 Well, can not believe this is not a brown. This is the end of a 300mm, totally soft and the Grackles where having a ball catching butterfly's. They do not go fishing, ever, so this was a real find. I had no idea if this would fit with the challenge, I thought it may, but ...., so took a risk! IF nothing else, you get a see a bird, that does not fish for it's food and surprised all the bird watchers I showed.

This is still not "fishing" really ... looks more like scavenging, or being opportunistic as the fish is clearly high and dry in the mud. Still a very interesting capture and sheds some light on the habits of Grackles perhaps not documented before. Heck - you could be famous! :-)
