Challenge: Vanishing Point V (DPL4 WK4) (Standard Editing)
Location: Little Tupper Lake, NY
Date: Jul 31, 2018
Date Uploaded: Jul 31, 2018

Sunrise in the Adirondack mountains. 4-mile canoe paddle to the nearest dirt road :)

Manual blend of two exposures - one long for smooth water, one short for the rest.

So before I set off on vacation, I merely glanced at the challenge description... I didn’t realize that vanishing point had a strict technical meaning - I kind of took it more literally, and this was my only image for this challenge :/

This is an amazing capture. The coyote/wolf made it for me. What timing!

Beautiful image. Like the sky colors and silhouette.

The "book" vanishing point is not as in-your-face here as in many others, but what a beautiful scene and of course the dog adds just the right touch.

Aaaghh!! This is an easy blue ribbon in the free study!! Absolutely amazing photo, but not even remotely a vanishing point. I still hope this gets some recognition.

Cool photo. VP not clearly evident...not a bad thing, just an observation. I will however, be curious as to what you identify as the vanishing point. Good luck. 7

Beautiful! But is it technically a "vanishing point" when the points visibly meet...?
