i cant explain it. i feel like in the darkness is a haunted birthday party, where awkward 12 year olds sip punch and balloons float stagnant. something bad might happen too. teh parents will come down the stairs and then-
I really like how the dark space frames the light space. The diagonal line of the stairs is a nice extra. The picture looks "empty", but there's a lot to see.
Very interesting picture - could be excellent if you maybe played with the curves a little bit (or fixed the overblown areas, and maybe cropped some shadows at bottom and right). Still learning, so not really sure - but I think those corrections might improve it immensely.
