I may be a bit out of touch with DPC voting, but I think this hits that sweet spot of a well-executed, simple concept. Also probably has a strong thumbnail presence which we know leads to more and higher votes/
Anyone else think the iris is a SMIDGE OoF? I don't know if its my monitor or I'm going crazy but again, if I'm totally nitpicking, maybe the outline of the iris isn't as sharp as say the wood grain or even other lines in the eye. Not suggesting a reshoot of course, just when presented with multiple images for entry I like to go through all pros/cons.
