Playing with my phone. I did a manual focus close up and then randomly took pictures of people walking by. I did have wine with lunch, but they weren't *quite* this blurry to my eye. And I couldn't force an aperture that worked with a slow shutter; that blew everyone out, hence the alternate method.
Just going for general busyness. I actually kind of like how it distorts people's heads.
