 Found a cluster of Bioluminescent fungi in the forest and so decided to take an "up shirt" to reveal the gills of the mushrooms. A stack of 3 images in post process to increase the death of field. Tweak contrast, saturation, removed unwanted colour artifacts due to long exposure, cropped and resized.

Wow, this is an awesome picture. Probably would have ribboned in a macro, or plant challenge.

Hello from the critique club

An appealing image that fulfils the challenge brief well

Bioluminescent fungi? I've never even heard of it let alone seen it! Is this the actual colour? If so its absolutely amazing. The viewpoint is, of course, absolutely the right one, the underside of these fungi are always attractively intriguing. Use of the focus stacking has paid off well with a good DOF for a nice sharp image where it matters, well done Chris, all in all, a most interesting image.
