My son, the anti-angst teenager. Sure these years bring a load of challenges, but he accepts them with balance and humor. I learn from him daily. Therefore he is my hero.
We had our first snowfall here in Massachusetts - 6 inches or more in our backyard. He got back from school and ran right out to taste the snow.

Title could mean your son is your hero,and I like the symmetry here. However, a simple, get some snow on your tongue photo doesn't really tell a hero's story.
This is a nice photograph, but not a very strong connection to the challenge. I realize that the description mentions "personal heroes", but I personally need to feel more connection with the "hero" and less with the "personal"
