I would counter that this is now politically correct, ever since Trump, Cruz and Rubio argued about their dick sizes on a national debate, and one of them won. I'm guessing this statue is supposed to be Ted Cruz. Looks a lot like him. Not a great photo, but still a high vote for spotting such a subject and making me leave a politically incorrect comment.
