Thanks all for the votes. Slightly kicking myself after reading the Standard editing rule-set a number of times it was not obvious that any post-processing was allowed (other than crop, rotate and dust spot and minor cloning)
This entry is therefore pretty much straight from camera and would have benefitted from some adjustments to bring out the detail in the Milky Way... which is a little faint in the bright late evening sky.
I wrote a brief article on my blog where I have shown some shots from this evening. |

I find this photo very appealing. I like that you can didn't expose for so long I that the ripples got lost on the water Best of luck. Top three for sure. |
