I wonder the story behind this. In the US, around here, if someone is killed while riding a bike, there's a group of volunteers who take an old bicycle, spray paint it all white, and put it up at the site of the accident - they're called ghost bikes. I'm hoping this is something different, that someone just decided it would be fun to spray paint their entire bike! |
