 I cropped, cleared electric lines, tried some edits in Nik didn't like, cancelled out of that then adjusted the lighting, resized and submitted.
I took this hanging out my car window hopeing no one would sideswipe me.

An appealing image that makes a contribution to the challenge.

Well Susie, you’ve certainly got soft focus and high key to meet the challenge brief but its not quite working. They elements have no cohesiveness there is no focal point against a backdrop of uninteresting bland white sky, I’m sorry but it just fails to hit the spot. I do like the curve in the road, though I’d probably have cropped the left corner out. I think perhaps a panoramic with much less sky and a slower shutter speed with correct focus but softness created through motion blur from a slower shutter speed may have worked better. Sorry Susie, better luck next time.
