 I've gone to this location a couple of times and ended up not taking any photos the first couple of times because the light wasn't good.
The day I took this photo I decided to come a bit sooner and capture some of the raking light for the foreground. Later after the sun had already set I captured the sky, I waited for about 35 minutes in -5°C for the sun to set. I was on location for a total of about an hour. Let's just say next time I'll bring warmer socks and gloves (I forgot both because I was in a rush to get there on time).
