This is part of a City Lights display in City Hall. He's about three feet tall in reality. I was captured by his face. He was located against the far wall, wearing a flower print hat and shirt, and appeared to be watching everything going on in the room. Seemed like a wallflower to me.

...another brown ribbon and a new personal low. I challenge anyone to do that while still trying to make a decent photograph.
