 Shot a series of these in RAW + JPG with the White and Blue minimal challenge in mind but entered none of them for that challenge.

When I chose this one for a free study entry I experimented with several approaches to processing and liked this version with its slight "High-Key" adjustment best. I cloned out an incredible number of gulls. Amazing numbers, but the distant ones looked a bit like sensor dust, and overall, in such numbers they became a distraction to the mood I hoped to achieve.

Love the composition with the lower waves in the front leading you to the background. Also the toning of this image is very much to my liking. Great shot!
