This was shot while the fog was on horizon sun going through which you could not really see the original image, but after adjusting exposure, highlights shadows clarity and clean up in Noiseless CK 1.3.2.
everything came together.

I like the silhouetted person on the silhouetted rock. With all due respect, this is the opposite of Low Contrast. Furthermore, again with all due respect, you really need to clean your sensor of dust spots. Suggest Pec pads, Eclipse fluid and the right sized sensor cleaning swiper.

I think your sensor needs cleaning...I notice the dust spots more than the fact that this is definitely not a low contrast photo!
