I would have liked to have seen more detail in the shadows on the statue. The color of the leaves doesn't really say July to me, but that's a minor nit. 5

You should try rotaing the image a little to the right.

Seems to be too many strong vertical lines in this. Is the main subject the statue or the building? Maybe a lower POV would help.
