 there is some I believe water drops on the lens from a brief sprinkle. These are the awesome rocks on hazard road and bass rock road in Narragansett RI.

If you ever get to Rhode Island make sure you take a walk out on them-but be careful.

You have quite a few sensor spots in your photo (unless this is a filter???)

I like this a lot - a little more thought into title would have been of significant benefit. I like the sweep from left to right which gives you time to come to a conclusion as to what it conveys. Nicely done.
