I love the lighting in this. Those candles have lovely halo effects around them. However, the photo doesn't quite work for me. I think it's the composition, mostly. The little candle at the side draws too much attention away from the other objects. Apart from it, the lines are an L shape, which feels a bit blocky.

challenge met. i had something very similar in mind for this challenge, i'm glad i didn't submit it, because yours is way better :) i like the setup, how the before and after are connected by the 2nd wineglass being partially behind the first and in front of the first candle. the candles are a nice addition that suggest passage of time. the one thing that i would've maybe tried differently is to use red wine. it would go better with the candles. good job.

I like your layout. It needs to be better light, just because you are using candles, you dont have to shoot under candle light to get the effect. a few omni lights might have helped bring out the twinkle in the glass and define the beverage better. I still gave this a 9, just needed a little more work is all. Good Job.

Seems like there might have been some camera shake, causing a lack of focu.. I think a soft blur would be nice, but tge overall impression is a lack of focus. Nonetheless, a nice interpretation of the challenge. Good luck
