 The bush is over 100 years old. I googled High Key and this is the only thing that made sense to me as I am a newbie.

I think your commenter during the challenge has nailed it with his one line comment. Also the composition is a bit static, it would perhaps benefit from being less centered.

It's also way over saturated

One of many flowers in the challenge, seems soft overall and with the high key look doesn't have enough going on to hold my interest.
