 I just want to add that the clouds in the water did not look very much diffent than the finished product. the only photoshopping was to add a Silver FX pro filter. no "effect" has been added. You can tell by the fact that the grass in the water is un-distorted.

Cell phone shot in Narragansett RI, hazard ave/ bass rock area.

I should have entered it upside down, but then you would never know it was water!
