Greetings from the Critique Club!

Cute dog, the framing is there, but the exposure is quite high so the dog's right ear is very blown out, meaning it's almost all a flat white because there is too much light. If you were shooting with a prime lens of 2.8 it may have been best to stop down to f.4 or f.5.6 as it looks like this was taken when the sun was high in the sky, not prime shooting conditions. Or at least soot faster; 1/500 or 1/640 could have made all the difference. Also dog's paw closest to the camera is chopped off, I always like to see the whole foot as opposed to just a partial one.

Overall not a bad image, just pay more attention to your settings.
