I loved your essay. The writing explained so nicely what road we are walking with you.

We all have our unsecurities, and it's such a good idea to photograph it.
You clearly showed how doing the photography helps. Definitely something I'll remember, and try to use.

I really like the opening image.

Fantastic effort. Looking forward to your next one.

Let the night be your friend. Even more so, that time between the light and the dark, the gateway to the dark. The things you fear live in the dark, you can live there too. Perhaps your essay is telling us you fear the inhabitants but not the darkness itself. Interesting topic, I hope you pursue it and use the fear to enhance your curiosity.

I like the idea of an exorcism through photography. Keep doing it.
I remember a poster years ago with the caption :there is nothing in the dark that there is not there in the light" - well, that's what we are told when we are children and then we have a whole life to find the truth!
I particularly like the second picture.

Photography as a vehicle and not a destination is what I’ve taken away from your essay. We continue moving forward, looking around corners, and over fences. This is a topic I’ve considered pursuing. We use our cameras for discovery and affirmation. The end result is insignificant compared to the journey. This runs counter to DPC where an image and title is flashed before our eyes. Your camera helps you see in the darkness. It’s your indifferent eye of truth.
