I tried something new with my macro and I am trying to learn about lighting.. 2 lights were used instead of just my macro ring, I had my macro ring off camera which was on the side and then my speedlight which had a 80-20 bouncer Luminaquest on it.
I was having huge issues with the macro ring light reflecting in the ring but as you all have taught me, take tons of photos different directions and angles and keep shooting, that was what I did until I found an angle that the light was not being reflected in the jewelry.
For once things are sticking to me for learning!
