Technically near perfect shot but with low impact. I think 'cornet" but not really "music". It also looks a bit oversharpened. 6

Nice clear shot. Maybe a darker background would have made the trumpet pop out more and give the shot more power

A good attempt, but I feel the background is too close and the shadow much to sharp. Even though the light sources work together bringing out detail and nice colorurs it has this "placed on the table" feel to it. Perhaps also just a bit oversharpened? It's a nice object though and I'll give you a 6 for it.

The greatest of all the instruments - nice shot, avoiding those difficult reflections. I gave up trying after several attempts. . . .

The lighting could be much more interesting here. Seems like just a snapshot of a trumpet, the shadows are distracting. Also, the photo seems pretty grainy for such controlled conditions. Maybe a concious choice?

Nice composition. Only thing I don't like is that it looks a little oversharpened and noisy.
