Strange I wanted to say that you could have cropped the fence out, but in a strange way it is helping this picture...
Sun is blown out. But I like the colors in the sky.

I love the way the rail line (I thinkt hat's what this is) caught the reflection and added the whole drama to this scene. This photo's beauty is definitely attributed to you - the photographer - and not just a nice scene. It takes a sharp/trained eye to see something like this and shoot it as well as you have. it's beautiful. 10

I like how you've captured the gull in the sun, but the sun is just too bright for my taste. I also like the reflection of the sun on the rail at the bottom of the photo - this is the main point of interest in the image for me. The building on the left is a distraction IMO. 5, just-married
