 This was taken on U.S. Labor Day at the San Diego Festival of Sail. I don't use my Canon 10-22 much, so it was nice to have an outing where I could do something with it. Technically the title should be "..., starboard starboard", but "..., port port" sounds better.

Original photo is of a replica of the Pilgrim.

Editing was annoying. I used gimp's "Cage transform" to get the chain and bowsprit in alignment--that was a minor pain since I hadn't used that tool before and didn't quite know how it did things. I also did some other transforms I don't usually do since it's an "Expert" challenge, just to keep it interesting (some sort of "glow" thing). I like how it came out, though I think I like the original non-mirrored one better.
