HA ha - I gave you a '9' then, and I'd still call this at least a '9'. Great image. Great idea!

Oh, yes. And SUPER title.

This is one of your best ones, Sally. I didn't get to it during the challenge. It was overwhelming to leave so many comments.

The detail and colours are very good. This would qualify for a very successful stock photo as well (that is a compliment).

My only suggestion was to either adjust the exposure or clone out some of the harsh highlights on the bottom left of the strawberry. Since that is the brightest part, my eye jumps to it. It should be staying on the snail.

Well done. Congrats on the finish.

Congratulations on your 18th placing. This was destined for the top 20. Good and immaculate execution. Great work!

How did you think of this. Very creative and appealing shot. I dont even want to think of how long it must have taken for this shot. 9 Kevin

This is an amazing shot - gross, but amazing. :-) The lighting and focus are outstanding and the setup is certainly original. Great job.

Great clarity and lighting which show the image off to it`s advantage by highlighting the textures of the snail, shell & strawberry.

Returning for comments.
I do not know if these two go together as well as presented but the image has so much detail and convincing texture that it remains a dangerous contender in this challenge. Bumping up.

Fantastic. Without the tack-sharp focus this would be less marvelous. With it this rocks!

Sharp focus, nice colors, appropriate frame. What's up with all these snail photos showing up in the challenges. Do y'all keep them as pets or what?

good photo but not very appealing subject matter, would be much better with only one of the subjects.

Definitely different! I think it would benefit from a touch more light on the front of the subjects.
