I am awarding the blonde pigtails to this image.

Love the near timelessness of the image, the "dirty" sails, the high perspective. This image evokes a feeling of an epic being observed (or possibly even ignored) from a distance.

The vignetting sorta takes away from a "snapshot" feel (most shapshooters don't bother with post processing of any kind) but the centered subject is kinda snapshottish!
