 The rain was falling between the sun and me, and was lit up a bright yellow. It was one of the most amazing scenes that I've ever witnessed. I hope that my photo does it justice. I took this from our back porch.

first looking at the image i thought your subject was the sky, but with your title, it becomes the land. If your intentions were the land, then possibly ask yourself about the land to sky ratio. To me it feels unbalanced. The halo on the trees and hills are little much for me too.

Although! Good solid effort. Lanscape photography can be challenging!
