I have no idea what this is, but I do know that it will most likely earn you a very colourful ribbon. BTW it's SPECTACULAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And that's an understatement!!!!!! 10

I'm not sure whether the very white ring adds any value to your image? Without it, I would've given a higher score
