I'm glad this went by less unnoticed than usual ;-).

The blur was in-camera and intentional - at least some anonymity to the photo.

First time editing with Snapseed, great app.

This has suprising movement to it, as though I can actually see it moving. Nice Lensbaby or tilt-shift to create a magical, miniature world. Not something I would have normally associated with your username, but I like it.

Love the tilt shift feel and the lighting! Seems to be a dark band along the bottom 1/3rd line, though? Can't sort out what it is, if natural... Excellent scene and feel though.

I like this lovely light and foreground, I just wish the transition from blur to sharp wasn't so abrupt. Or maybe that's the point. 7
