 This is a copper iron ore sample from Britannia Mine this small sample weight 188 grams and it's only 2.54 centimeters or 1 inch. The mine open in the late 1890, it was a working mine. Now, it's a multi award-winning Museum, turning out awe-inspiring sights and memorable family experiences.

First the guess: A meteorite

i think a tad bit more DOF would have been better. That way the edges would be sharp as well.

Lighting is kind of harsh. Centered composition is too static. Odd light halo on right edge of the object.
