It's funny to hear that my post-processing was a failure or otherwise fell short. The effect was achieved with a homemade lens (toilet paper roll, black paper, and flat magnifier). The only "post" was a slight boost in contrast.

I'm staring at this and wanting to love it, but it's just too blurred for me and I suspect from the lines that it was done in post. I'd love to see this done differently because it's well seen. 6 as is
