Snap meets the challenge but there's little else here to hold my interest. Nothing special about colors, contrast, comp or subject matter.

The line of the bike rack(?) is certainly implied, but I think your post-processing needs a little work. The colors are faded and muted (it *looks* as if you tried to work on it in curves, but I could be mistaken), focus is off, and there's just something about the composition that just doesn't appeal much.

This could have been interesting. But the composition isn't working for me. And the blurryness isn't helping too.
