Ok, Phil, I hope you don't get too upset with me, remember, I can only give my opinion, and if I offend, it's not my intent. A couple people commented that the oranges seem to be the subject, not the tile, I have to agree with them. The photo does fit our theme for the competition, but just barely. Also, the subject of OPA was brought up, and I think that person had a good point. Your shot of the tile did not add anything to what somebody else had already done. Somebody commented that the whole image was not in focus, I don't see that. I did go check out your other photos at your profile and I know you are much capable of much better work. I hope some of my comments will be helpful to you!

Using a higher f# could have put the whole image in focus. Other than that - meets the challenge and a good shot

This is pretty good photography, although I personally would have opted for a more diffused light source rather than those hard shadows. My gripe here is that, unless you made this tile, the image falls into the dreaded category of OPA (other people's art). To make an image of OPA that's worthwhile, as opposed to holding up a photocopier to it, it's necessary to present it in such a way that the image adds something to the original work. A unique perspective, maybe, or a composition which shows the piece's relationship to its surroundings.

Good colors and detail, shadows are a bit harsh. Great photograph though...

Nice shot. The lighting is good and the color is crisp... Cub

The oranges are in the spotlight, not the square. A bit underexposed too.
