Increase saturation of shirt, goggles
Moderate desaturation of the area surrounding subject
Clone out a few small pieces of trash
Crop, sharpen

Glad to see this did decently, but I still think you got robbed. This was the only 10 I gave in this challenge. Wonderful environmental portrait!
